Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey launched by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in their production. Bulleit's subtlety and complexity is due to its unique blend of grains, rye, maize and malted barley, along with special yeast strains, in addition to the purest Kentucky lime filtered water.

Especially due to the large amount of rye used in the mixture, Bulleit has a spicy character, characteristic of rye whiskeys, in addition to aromatic notes of wood and vanilla. In the mouth it is silky, the oak appears well, with touches of nutmeg. The finish is long, dry and satiny, with a slight caramel flavor.

Bulleit Bourbon can be used as a substitute for Rye Whiskeys in cocktails that take the center version of the drink, such as Manhattan, Old Fashioned and Sazerac.
