The items in stock are available at the prompt delivery, except for the rings since they are custom made for the customer. We will create and ship your order out to you within 3-5 business days, after payment confirmation. Our team commits to reduce the time to order to quickly receive the purchased product, especially on Celebrations.

Buy Online, pick up in store.

If you choose to pick up in store located at Rua Virgilio de Carvalho Pinto, 186 Pinheiros, you must select the "Pick up in store" option when finalizing the order. Shipping

We work with two methods of delivery through the Post Office (via PAC or Sedex), or via delivery express. Remembering that shipping is free for purchases over $ 400 and your delivery will be via PAC. The period announced by the post office for deliveries via the PAC is 7 to 15 business days from the date of Posting, according to the region and from 1 to 3 business days via SEDEX. Some more remote locations may take up to 5 business days.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

The term of exchange or cancellation is up to 7 business days from the date of delivery of your order. The products must be returned under the same conditions and packaging in which they were sent including the original invoice or copy and the warranty of the part. We will only exchange or cancel the purchase when the part is received by us.

The exchanges will be made only by another product that is in inventory. To make the exchange or return of your order it is necessary to send the request through the email info@lab-store.com

Exchange for lower value product

If the exchange is for a product of less value than the first purchase, you will receive a coupon with the difference amount to be used in a future purchase. This coupon is personal and non-transferable valid for 1 year and accepted in online store and in store.

Money back

The deadline for return of the money in case of cancellation of the purchase is 7 business days (purchases made Through deposit account or bank slip). Purchases made by credit card, follow the card operator. The cost of sending the exchange is our responsibility
